1. Introductory provisions
- These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Accommodation Provider and the Guest.
- The terms apply to Samaya Apartment Litoměřice and Samaya Apartment Vrchlabí.
- The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the reservation and payment.
2. Reservation, price and payment terms
- The accommodation price is stated in the reservation system or communicated by the provider.

Payment terms:
- Direct bookings: 30% deposit within 3 days, balance 14 days before arrival.
- Bookings less than 14 days before arrival: 100% within 24 hours.
- Bookings via platforms follow platform rules.
- Refundable security deposit of CZK 2,500 may be required.
3. Mandatory guest registration
- Guests must complete registration according to Czech law.
- Registration is completed via Chekin or another system.
- Without registration, access may be denied.
4. Guest obligations
- Follow House Rules and instructions.
- Pay for any damages caused.
- Respect neighbors and quiet hours.
- No smoking indoors.
- No unauthorized electrical appliances.
- Do not manipulate technical equipment.
5. Rights and obligations of the provider
- The provider ensures functional condition and cleanliness.
- The provider is not liable for outages or third-party issues.
- The provider may enter the unit in emergencies.
6. Stay – arrival, departure and rules
- Check-in from 15:00; access code provided after obligations fulfilled.
- Check-out by 10:00.
- Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
- Pets only with prior approval.
- Quiet hours must be respected.
7. Cancellation policy
- More than 21 days: free cancellation.
- 21–0 days: 100% cancellation fee.
- No-show: 100% fee.
8. Complaints
- Defects must be reported immediately.
- Complaints after departure may not be accepted.
9. Liability for damages
- The guest is liable for damages.
- Damages may be deducted from the security deposit.
10. Personal data protection
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy of Samaya Apartments.
11. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
12. Final provisions
- The provider reserves the right to update these terms.
- The valid version is published on the website.
