1. Introductory provisions

  1. These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Accommodation Provider and the Guest.
  2. The terms apply to Samaya Apartment Litoměřice and Samaya Apartment Vrchlabí.
  3. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the reservation and payment.

2. Reservation, price and payment terms

  1. The accommodation price is stated in the reservation system or communicated by the provider.
  2. Payment terms:

    • Direct bookings: 30% deposit within 3 days, balance 14 days before arrival.
    • Bookings less than 14 days before arrival: 100% within 24 hours.
    • Bookings via platforms follow platform rules.
  3. Refundable security deposit of CZK 2,500 may be required.

3. Mandatory guest registration

  1. Guests must complete registration according to Czech law.
  2. Registration is completed via Chekin or another system.
  3. Without registration, access may be denied.

4. Guest obligations

  1. Follow House Rules and instructions.
  2. Pay for any damages caused.
  3. Respect neighbors and quiet hours.
  4. No smoking indoors.
  5. No unauthorized electrical appliances.
  6. Do not manipulate technical equipment.

5. Rights and obligations of the provider

  1. The provider ensures functional condition and cleanliness.
  2. The provider is not liable for outages or third-party issues.
  3. The provider may enter the unit in emergencies.

6. Stay – arrival, departure and rules

  1. Check-in from 15:00; access code provided after obligations fulfilled.
  2. Check-out by 10:00.
  3. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
  4. Pets only with prior approval.
  5. Quiet hours must be respected.

7. Cancellation policy

  1. More than 21 days: free cancellation.
  2. 21–0 days: 100% cancellation fee.
  3. No-show: 100% fee.

8. Complaints

  1. Defects must be reported immediately.
  2. Complaints after departure may not be accepted.

9. Liability for damages

  1. The guest is liable for damages.
  2. Damages may be deducted from the security deposit.

10. Personal data protection

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy of Samaya Apartments.

11. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).

12. Final provisions

  1. The provider reserves the right to update these terms.
  2. The valid version is published on the website.
