1. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: by 10:00

Early check-in or late check-out is possible only upon prior agreement and subject to availability.
Unauthorized late check-out may result in an additional charge.

2. Self Check-in & Access

Samaya Apartments operate on a self check-in system.

• Access instructions, entry codes, and important information are sent after successful online registration.
• Entry codes are personal and valid only for the duration of your stay.
• Sharing access codes with third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Guest Registration (Legal Obligation)

According to Czech law, all guests must complete online registration prior to arrival.

• Registration is handled via the Chekin system.
• Access instructions will be provided only after registration is completed.
• Failure to complete registration may result in denied access to the apartment.

4. Maximum Occupancy

• The apartment may be occupied only by the number of guests stated in the reservation.
• Maximum capacity must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
• Overnight stays of unregistered visitors are not permitted.

5. Quiet Hours

Please respect the quiet atmosphere of the building:

Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00

Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Violation of quiet hours may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

6. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and all indoor areas.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, if available.
• Violation of the smoking policy will result in a cleaning and deodorization fee.

7. Pets

• Pets are not allowed in Samaya Apartments.
• Any violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees or termination of the stay.

8. Safety & Security

• Guests are responsible for securing the apartment when leaving (doors and windows).
• Do not leave valuables unattended.
• The operator is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

9. Energy & Heating

Please use energy responsibly:

• Do not adjust thermostats excessively.
• Do not leave heating or air conditioning running while windows are open.
• Excessive or improper energy usage may be charged separately.

10. Appliances & Equipment

• Use all appliances and equipment according to instructions.
• Guests are not allowed to bring or use their own electrical appliances (e.g. heaters, hotplates).
• Any malfunction or damage must be reported immediately.

11. Internet & Smart TV

• Free Wi-Fi is provided.
• Guests are responsible for logging out of their personal streaming accounts (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) upon departure.
• The operator is not responsible for misuse of guest accounts.

12. House Booklet

A digital House Booklet is available and contains:

• Apartment instructions
• Safety information
• Local tips and recommendations

Guests are expected to familiarize themselves with its content.

13. Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Damages must be reported immediately.
• The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest.

14. Waste & Cleanliness

• Please keep the apartment clean and tidy.
• Waste must be disposed of in designated containers.
• Excessive mess or improper waste disposal may result in additional cleaning fees.

15. Violation of Rules

Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in:

• Additional charges
• Immediate termination of the stay
• No refund of paid accommodation fees
